Sample Projects• For a major QSR, Project Manager for a system built by an off-shore third-party to centrally maintain all data necessary to run the POS system (products, prices, kitchen routing, screen layouts, operational parameters). Implementation is planned for over 10,000 restaurants.• During a $2.5 billion refinery divestiture, led the Data Team to make sure the buyer received the proper data from systems associated with the purchased assets. Worked with Legal, M&A, and Business Management to agree which data from each system could be provided, and then worked with Vendors and other IT teams to ensure those agreements were fulfilled.• Managed the IT portion of an HR Business Process Outsourcing project after the merger of two Fortune 50 companies. Worked with senior HR personnel from each legacy company to define new common HR policies and designed systems to implement those policies.• For the Director - Application Management at a Fortune 50 company, reviewed results from employee assessments to determine critical needs and revamped skills assessment for different roles to better match the required skills and success factors.• Created a Logistics Management design for the entire Crude Acquisition process for an integrated oil company. The final system resulted in the first automated integration between Crude Supply, Marine Transportation, Pipeline Movements, and the Refinery.• For CIO of the largest division, identified savings in IT costs resulting from the merger of two Fortune 50 companies. This included determining which applications would remain and which would be retired, short term costs, and long term savings ($100 M).• Established operating agreements and deliverables with outsourcers in the US, Europe, India, and South America, and managed their performance against those agreements.
