Through this process successfully led thousands of customers to secure and improve their financial standing.- Worked with over 100 Home Advisors on a variety of pipelines in order to help them identify best financial strategies for customers looking to refinance their home. - Strategized, co-created, and provided over 15k internal and external communications in order to help teammates best reach their customers as well as help customers make their best financial decision.

Namibia

A 2-year program in which volunteers work at the grassroots level to create change that lasts long after their service. Peace Corps Volunteers reflect the diversity of America united behind a shared purpose. Volunteers in Namibia work with their communities on projects in education and community economic development. During their service in Namibia, Volunteers learn to speak local languages, including Afrikaans, Khoekhoegowab, Otjiherero, Oshindonga, Oshikwanyama, Rukwangali, Silozi:- Instructed 260+ learners ages 12 - 20 in grades 7, 8, and 9 in English, Science, and Computer Literacy at a Combined school and a Secondary school in both a rural village and small developing town located in Namibia, Africa. Learner's improvements were measured through classroom and regional assessments.- Co-created and led youth camp dedicated to teaching young girls ages 14-18 the importance of self - love, self - care, and self - respect in regards to their physical and mental health. Successfully helped the 35 girls locate and obtain resources (reading/school material, sanitary products, etc...) that would provide them the tools they needed to succeed both in and out of school.- Worked with counterparts to help develop resources for schools that were located within an educational supply desert and promoted DIY learning tools and supplies. Successfully created learning tools that would reach over 1000+ learners.

Animal Kingdom

A 4-7 month internship program located at the Walt Disney World® Resort near Orlando, FL and the Disneyland® Resort in Anaheim, CA. This program has three key components - Living, Learning, and Earning:- Served as an integral member of team successfully handling 200+ sales daily during 14hr work days- Established and maintained positive rapport with clientele through excellent customer service, enabling the upselling of products.- Co-created selling techniques and devices that would further sales while maintaining company integrity and motto.

In which I was giving the opportunity to follow and assist different health care providers in order to help secure and maintain the health of each patient that entered the care facility. A variety of health techniques and lab testing was shown and taught during the shadowship.- Shadowed the lead physician and learned patient engagement all while being taught disease prevention and health promotion- Engaged in different medical practices and learned how to analyze patient needs while providing the best medical service possible

In which students interested in Molecular Biology attempt to understand biological phenomena in molecular terms. It is a rich integrative science that brings together genetics, biochemistry, biophysics and bioinformatics. The lab work is designed for advanced Biology majors with a focus on the principles and use of some of these biochemical and molecular biological techniques that are standard practice in most research laboratories. Students design and conduct experiments to answer an authentic research question relating to antibiotic resistance: - Conducted multiple experiments on finding other ABC transporters similar to Atwbc19 and to determine whether they confer antibiotic resistance within species other than A. thaliana such as Oryza sativa spp japonica. - Conveyed scientific information through written and oral presentations - Rigorously designed and carried-out experiments; record, analyze and interpret data
