As President and owner, ELLIS Consulting Group offers an array of services to the apartment industry including market studies, feasibilitiy studies, contract leasing, and seminars for both the onsite personnel and executive teams. We are exceptional in providing solutions to special problems and unique challenges within the multi-family industry.

Since 1980, I have successfully operated apartments and other residential rental real estate, handling a portfolio as extensive as 6,000 apartment units in four major markets. In 1984, I began directing efforts primarily to the individual investor/owner. His objective is to provide the same expertise and experience to the single-family and duplex investor.

Beginning with one assignment, I was retained for almost 10 years working full time as a marketing and training consultant for the company's 37,000 apartments on 180 properties in 27 states.

After receiving a Masters in Religious Studies at Abilene Christian University, my first position out of school was at this warm, friendly, and supportive church. I was trained and mentored by the senior minister, Charles Coulston, and many of the church members. My responsibilities included directing the very active youth ministry program, a summer.
