Current• Successfully market properties and develop brand recognition using traditional written advertising, podcasts, website development, blog posts, and social media engagement: Facebook, Twitter• Manage a diverse portfolio of investors, clients, suppliers, and vendors while bookkeeping over $12M sales / year• Collaborate with other agents, city and government planning departments, mortgage, inspection, and title companies to coordinate and ensure complete preparedness through the entire buying and selling process• Network with community members and businesses to attract clients and obtain leads for business development• Implement successful negotiation strategies for clients while upholding professionalism and ethical standards• Responsible for profit, pricing, marketing, contract negotiations, and customer service• Ability to consistently generate positive customer and client feedback resulting in return business and referrals • Create strategy based on market trends, deliver clients recent market conditions, and industry best practices• Coordinate property closings, overseeing document signature meetings, and funds disbursement • Organize and complete real estate documents according to real estate regulations and laws• Adhere to legal contracts and tight timelines in a fast-paced environment while clearly communicating the entire home buying and selling process to clients to ensure a transparent transaction• Create and present trainings for peer real estate agents and panel speaker presentations, including real estate websites, lead management training, marketing, social media management, lead generation, and business development
