Rickey Duncan Sr. is the CEO and founder of NOMO Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides early intervention and prevention programs for youth and adults struggling with behavioral health and co-occurring disorders in Philadelphia, New Jersey and Delaware. With over eight years of experience in leading and managing three multifaceted trauma-informed treatment facilities, Rickey has a passion for liberating people from the challenges of poverty and urban-infused realities, as he and many inner-city youth experienced.Rickey holds a degree in Human Services and Business Management from Penn State University, where he acquired the skills and knowledge to address the economic, political, and social nuances of urban plight and its impact on behavioral health. He also has a unique urban perspective, having overcome his own incarceration, which motivated him to found MORMAC, a men's empowerment group that advocates for justice and reform and RIPS a restorative justice program.
