As a recorder, I facilitated and managed title documents at the County Recorder's offices, reviewed and got them prepared to record. I also handle Customer Service in our office, too. I also have experience in using our DataTree, DataTrace and REISource systems for our customer service. Before that, I was the courier. I drove around to local title companies, banks, mortgage lenders and city/county government offices picking up and dropping off maps, loan documents and packages for title and escrow officers. I also work at the Receptionist's desk, answering phones, maintaining office supplies, and handled the daily banking deposit electronically. I also provide back up assistance for the escrow officers and escrow assistants by entering escrow orders into the computer system. I also assisted in putting together escrow closing packages to send out to our clients.

The internship was for two semesters. I assisted in the newsroom by helping out at the Assignment Desk, assisting the photographers and reporters out in the field, confirming guests for the morning show, "Good Day, Sacramento", printing news scripts and operating the TelePrompter.
