As the Director of Marketing & Media, I play a multifaceted role of overseeing the operations of marketers, video editors, videographers, designers, copywriters, and social media managers— with the mission of stewarding each brand's objective through results-driven execution. Within my role, I’m responsible for coordinating project management across multiple brands, developing/executing marketing and media strategies that align with and accelerates each brand's vision, proactively forecasting trends, and developing systems that streamline project execution and brand objectives.I’m also a valued part of the recruiting team and the Senior Graphic Designer - providing visual aids that support objectives / campaigns / events for all brands.

In the first half of my role as Social Media Specialist, I manage 11 social media outlets including content creation, scheduling, and periodical correspondence. The second half of my role as Creative Specialist tasks me with the duties of video editor, creative content writer, and senior graphic designer for the Sales Wolves podcast, social media outlets, blogs, conferences, company events, and the overall visual communications of our brand identities. My job duties within those roles are listed below.Social Media Manager– Content gathering/creation and community engagement for 11 different social media accounts to further engagement and grow awareness.Senior Graphic Designer – Creative direction and implementation for all visual communications representing the company brand and subsidiaries.– Policing company brand identity guidelines.– Development and policing of Joseph Caldwell brand identity.– Conceptualizing and designing both digital and printed visual communications for social media, email blasts, recruiting advertisements/events, conferences, and any other company-related events.Video Editor– Storyboarding, cutting, color-grading, animating, rendering, and distributing videos for Joseph Caldwell's web presence, Tyler Harris's web presence, and the Sales Wolves Podcast (total of 10 per week).Content Creator– Utilizing creative writing for blogs (SalesWolves.com, ConsolidatedAssurance.com, TheJosephCaldwell.com), social media posts, website content, and other various pieces as needed.I have a background in brand identity and business development for small businesses, non-profit organizations, and major conferences. I'm passionate about integrating those skill sets alongside our company’s vision of enabling and promoting the “sales-preneur” and serving 100,000+ new first responders every year.
