Established on-call rotation and support system with escalations for unhandled alerts• Drove initiative for VMWare virtual lab supporting isolated testing of monitoring and management systems with device simulation and required shared services (e.g. Remedy, DNS, Active Directory)• Formalized requirement gathering processes and bundling of formal system releases with configurations under version control.• Developed standard agent for management of monitoring and management systems.
