Senior Product Manager
Current• Develop product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a new SaaS benefit administration and billing platform new SaaS benefit administration platform strategy to support 3 times volume, reduce errors by 70%, and reduce client implementation time by 2/3 based on user research, data, and industry needs• Create strategic initiatives which focused executive leadership around optimization, enablement, and scalability in order to take advantage of growth opportunities• Consult senior management (including C level) on product vision, and how it will position Corestream to be a market leader in the benefits space, and create opportunities to productize the platform• Prioritize roadmap to achieve product goals and metrics based on business value, risk assessment, process and organizational assessments, and feedback• Coordinate design and discovery meetings and decisions with internal stakeholders• Manage a product staff responsible for platform product execution• Lead 2 lean agile development teams responsible for technology associated with the new client implementation, benefit enrollment, billing, payment handling, payment reconciliation, B2B data exchange, and database management experiences• Participate in new product / vendor evaluations to determine fit and positioning of the product/vendor within the Corestream benefits platform• Create product backlog of features, epics, and user stories which define the development team's work and approve team's work prior to implementation• Develop product documentation to communicate upcoming features and products to internal teams• Establish criteria for each milestone within product roadmap as means to measure developmental progress• Maintain positive vendor relations to build strong partnerships• Set goals and formalized policies to maximize team performance and keep project on-task
