Led 34-person project team on $11.3M operational Air Force weapon systems database. CMM level three software engineering firm.Directed system testing on 1.2M lines of Airborne Operational Computer Program software used onboard the $9.6B E-3 AWACS fleet, mission simulators, and interoperability test facility.Ensured quality assurance on contractor-delivered and USAF-developed software corrections and enhancements through validation, functional, and system-level tests to fulfill operational performance requirements and maintain system integrity.Developed System Test Reports detailing overall software test results for each project.Validated program integrity on $512,000 AWACS Management System versions 1.0, 2.0, and 3.0, web-based relational database management system. Project replaced four independent legacy information systems.Provided daily communications-computer systems and AWACS sortie status to Air Force leadership.Supervised two first-line supervisors and 16 software test analysts. Provided periodic feedback and annual appraisal reports.
