Instrumental in creation of new division. Recruited and negotiated new client contracts. Provided ongoing client support to include site visits, account process development, physical inventory, and valuation review. Managed direct and indirect oversight of 30+ employees in the southeast region. Developed zero-based budgeting process, forecasting models, and accurate review of monthly financials.
