When others can't, I can! When others won't I will!I have always enjoyed a challenge. I have found that everyday is a challenge in business, and if you're not looking for ways to improve and transform the business in a positive way, its going to regress. I love the challenge that the transformation entails whether it be Operations, P & L improvement, Change Management, Strategic Planning, Vendor, Customer, Client Relationship Management, Go-to-Market Strategy Development, etc.These undertaking didn't begin with my start in business. My dad, a former military officer, instilled a work ethic and a desire to improve at an early age. His advice and example have served me well throughout my educational and career pursuits. It has allowed me to see both the forest and the trees in the likes of Sales, Marketing, Operations, Strategy Development, Relationship Building and Maintenance resulting in both personal and professional growth.These lessons, as well as lessons learned from having triplet sons, have taught me how important it is to be focused, organized, and willing to jump in when others won't. These lessons have translated well in the business world. Making decisions and follow-up are critical components.Today, my work passions are business transformations, relationship building, the art of the sales process, and profit building. My career has allowed me to garner broad business knowledge and acumen across product, sales, services, and leadership.My personal time keeps me on the move as well. Spending time with my family, participating in golf and tennis, a voracious appetite for reading, and volunteering keep me busy.
