As a regional partner and land broker I will lead National Land Realty’s expansion into the Texas market.

I have over 25 years of Real Estate and Financial background. I have over 15 years of Residential Development experience and have been a Real Estate Broker of as well. I have always been recognized as strong leader in business and the community. Although I bring a great deal of knowledge and experience, my major strengths are Operations and Managing People. My ability to surround myself with great people has clearly been the best formula to building great companies. I learned early in my career that finding sufficient capital for growth was relatively easy, finding great people was the most difficult and clearly was the key to successful growth and profitability. I have extensive training and experience in Recruiting, Selection, Training, Managing, and Motivating people (RSTMM).

With Coldwell Banker-Ingram, I specialize in Landlord / Tenant Representation Leasing in The Woodlands and North Houston area. I have also developed many relationships in all areas of commercial real estate, including several large development listings and have several relationships with nationally known franchises.

Most recently I was co-founder of Southeast Land Partners a Houston based Land Development Company specializing in coastal/bay frontage properties. Within the second year of business achived sales of 20 million dollars, with a 30 percent net profit. I directly dealt with everything from Acquisitions to Marketing the property.

of LGI, with 10 people reporting directly to me, I was in charge of all operations (in the land and housing divisions), including Acquisitions, Corporate Administration, Human Resources, MIS, Legal and Accounting. Additionally, I managed banking relationships and liaises with property- owner associations. With LGI I greatly contributed business growth from 10 employees and 3 million in annual sales to over 100 employees and over 100 million in annual sales in just 7 years through recruiting and developing people,including operations of all offices. I also developed and implemented a multi user state-of-art Management Information (MIS) systems.I was the designer and developer of the company's exclusive Performance Tracking System ("PTS"). This powerful tool allows management, in a multi-user environment, to track and objectively assess the individual performance levels of salespeople, the effectiveness of advertising media, and the all-important measure of customer satisfaction.

I decided to reenter the financial arena as an investment consultant with Everen Securities, a member of the Kemper financial group, in Chicago. I was able to Build a client base of over 250 clients and over 20 million in assets within a few years of joining the firm.

I began my career in the land development business 20 years ago, as an assistant sales manager with Patten Corporation at their Lake Carroll project west of Chicago. From there I was transferred to the Canadian Lakes project in Michigan as general manager for the startup operation.I returned to my home state of Illinois and was quickly promoted to the office of regional president for 3 states. In this capacity I oversaw the 3 state region and directly managed the Lake Carroll subdivision which contributed in excess of ten million dollars in annual sales with a pre-tax profit of thirty-six percent. Lake Carroll, the largest man made lake in the state Illinois, became one of Patten's most successful land development projects.

Before entering the real estate field I earned admiration and respect as a vice president and director of the First State Bank of Shannon, an Illinois state bank. As one of the youngest Bank executives in the state, I excelled in Bank Operations, Commercial and Real Estate Lending. I hav always been recognized as a leader in the community.
