I have over 25 years of Real Estate and Financial background. I have over 15 years of Residential Development experience and have been a Real Estate Broker of as well. With Coldwell Banker-Ingram, I specialize in Landlord / Tenant Representation Leasing in The Woodlands and North Houston area. I have also developed many relationships in all areas of commercial real estate, including several large development listings and have several relationships with nationally known franchises.

Most recently I was co-founder of Southeast Land Partners a Houston based Land Development Company specializing in coastal/bay frontage properties. Within the second year of business achived sales of 20 million dollars, with a 30 percent net profit. I directly dealt with everything from Acquisitions to Marketing the property.

I began my career in the land development business 20 years ago, as an assistant sales manager with Patten Corporation at their Lake Carroll project west of Chicago. From there I was transferred to the Canadian Lakes project in Michigan as general manager for the startup operation.I returned to my home state of Illinois and was quickly promoted to the.

Before entering the real estate field I earned admiration and respect as a vice president and director of the First State Bank of Shannon, an Illinois state bank. As one of the youngest Bank executives in the state, I excelled in Bank Operations, Commercial and Real Estate Lending. I hav always been recognized as a leader in the community.
