With over five years of experience in data engineering, I have developed and maintained data pipelines, models, and systems that handle large and complex datasets, using a variety of technologies such as Python, Java, Perl, MySQL, Hadoop, Google Cloud, BigQuery, Airflow, and Redis.Previously, I was a Core Developer at Booking.com, where I worked on the marketing track, delivering bidding information for billions of keywords to a dozen different search engines. I also led the team on the restructuring of a rule-based, machine learning system that controlled the duration of hundreds of millions of auctions a month, and the development of a machine learning based recommendation engine.
