Areas of responsibility include Office, Production, and Production Server Environments, Applications Server, File Server, Terminal Server, Hyper-V Servers, SonicWALL Firewall, SpectrumVOIP Phone System, Office Printers and Copiers, Office365 Outlook Email Administration, Zix Spam Firewall Administration, Enterprise Security Awareness Training, Symantec Endpoint Administration, Practice Panther App Administration , DoubleTime App Administration, and HotDocs App Administration, Work involves the advanced use of software and/or hardware tools to provide on-going services, maintenance, and monitoring. Work includes optimizing systems performance, troubleshooting systems problems, and analyzing usage and systems load issues of a highly technical nature. Also responsible for the Firms Video Conferencing Equipment and Platforms for Business, and IOS, and Android mobile device management. Providing Support to The Main Office in Bradenton, and four Remote Office Sites located in Anna Maria Island, Parrish, Lakewood Ranch and Sarasota.

Sarasota, Florida Area

Serve as a central point of contact for all help desk calls and tickets related to IT questions, problems, or request for information of any supported application, utility, or system. Providing accurate problem analysis and facilitate implementation of timely solutions. Helping a wide variety of customers in local and remote locations. Responsible for the VPN Active Directory accounts creation and passwords reset. Supporting Exchange Server 2007, Outlook 2013 and McAfee Gateway Spam Firewall.

Responsible for administration of Lotus Notes/Domino in a large enterprise class, high availability global messaging environment. Working within the Xerox Services Messaging team and coordinating with cross-functional infrastructure teams to provide primary operations support for e-mail and collaboration applications.

Provides Lotus Domino architecture, design, and implementation. Utilizes problem solving and troubleshooting skills in enterprise level environments. Accommodates customer requirements and possesses a drive to provide a high level of customer service, which includes working a flexible schedule that can be dictated by enterprise support issues. Works within a team environment, but also operates independently in the absence of strict guidance to correct issues and improve the environment, as appropriate. Relates technical issues and requirements to business issues, and vice versa. Communicates these issues to non-technical internal associates and customers. Provides general administration of various systems in the organization including, but not limited to, the messaging environment supporting the Barracuda Spam filter firewall and other mail related systems / tools. Plans, tests, tunes, configures and sets up messaging architecture and supports common email applications (Blackberry, Notes Traveler, PDA based email).Manages the appropriate setup of applications hosted via Lotus Notes or reliant upon Lotus Notes. This includes, but is not limited to, Blackberry services and Notes Traveler. Provides 3rd level support and assists with help desk tickets relating to issues with Lotus Notes and related environments. Acquires and maintains competent knowledge of relevant products, current support policies and methods of support delivery. Researches, delivers and documents confident, accurate technical solutions to end users on a timely basis.

Primary duties included Lotus Domino R6 and Lotus Notes Administration with Third Level Support for more than 80 client servers in North and South America. International travel to Latin America, Caribbean and Europe to perform Out Of Box Windows 2000, and Domino R6.5.1 Server Builds, Configurations, and Upgrades. Additionally educate and train all users on software upgrades in English and Spanish and Portuguese. Utilization of software applications including; NetIQ, ipMonitor, GSX, Mailsweeper, and PcAnywhere. Perform daily Lotus Domino Administration tasks including monitoring of Lotus Domino Servers and related Domino Databases and email systems.

Primary duties included Lotus Domino R5 Administration for more than 70 servers in local Data Center. Provide third level Server Support on user-reported Lotus Notes/ Domino problems, work on trouble ticket resolutions supporting the U.S and Latin America. Maintain the Notes Address Book (NAB), Server Clustering, Notes ID Maintenance. Monitor the Notes Logs to ensure replication schedules, detect and fix instances of database, and maintain process and procedures. Performed Out Of Box NT4.0, Windows 2000, and Domino R5.08 Server Builds, Configurations, Upgrades, and necessary patches.

Charlotte, North Carolina Area

(SE) / Project Site Lead (PSL)Primary duties included Managing a Team of 10-15 Engineers performing Desktop Rollouts in the North Carolina area which included deploying over (350) Windows 2000 Desktops, and Laptops. Analyze and Monitor all existing Network configurations and supporting Windows NT4.0. Monitor Windows 2000 OS in a WAN/LAN Client/Server environment. Perform all network configurations and IP addressing using TCPIP, DHCP, DNS, and WINS Protocols in a (T1)/Ethernet Topology.

Responsible for IBM Internal Support, duties included Hardware and Software support. Perform troubleshooting and repairs of IBM Servers, PC’s, Laptops and peripherals. Troubleshoot and repair monitors, hard drives, modems, and NIC cards in a Client/Server environment. Perform client hardware and software installation. Support and maintain Token Ring and Ethernet topology. Support OS/2, Lotus Notes, Windows 95 OS, and MS/Office 97, Word, Excel, Software Applications. Build New Standard Desktop Images using Ghost Software, and ensure that all PC’s and Laptops are configured to Corporate Standard, and that all PC’s are connected to the network and are available to network users.
