Entrepreneurial Leaders Organization (ELO) Network pursues its mission to connect, equip and celebrate Christian marketplace and entrepreneurial leaders through the following services. First, ELO holds annual business conferences ("ELO Forums") in Vancouver, Winnipeg, Toronto and Singapore. Second, ELO has a Peer Advisory Group Network comprised of business leaders throughout Canada. Third, ELO has an "ELO Oxford Leadership Program," which is a one-week executive education program offered regularly in Oxford, UK. Overall, ELO impacts about 10,000 leaders through its events and communications and about 100,000 annually through it website and online resources. ELO is widely-recognized as the world leader in its market segment.

Nicola Wealth, with offices in Vancouver, Richmond, Kelowna and Toronto, provides comprehensive financial advice to affluent families, foundations and institutions across Canada. Nicola Wealth has doubled in size over the last four years, manages about $15 billion and has more than 400 employees. The firm has a 99% client retention rate and four of five new clients come through referrals. Nicola has won a slew of industry awards (entrepreneur of the year for John Nicola, the founder; best managed; most admired, etc.).

The ELO Oxford Leadership Program is a one-week premier executive education experience offered regularly in the summers for Christian marketplace and entrepreneurial leaders. The teaching focus is on meaning-driven leadership and to equip leaders to be more impactful difference-makers. The Program attracts a worldwide cohort. The faculty consists of world-leading University of Oxford instructors and a select number of invited instructors (typically leading business people).
