Current• Develop and execute the Product, Sales, Business Development and Customer Success Strategies and ensure alignment with management, customers and partners• Manage Product Team and develop and execute Product Roadmap based on analysis of the market business needs, competitive landscape, internal business needs and regulatory requirements• Manage Integrations Team to ensure secure, reliable and scalable integrations with third-party systems such as Electronic Health Records systems, Practice Management systems, Data Warehouses, etc.• Manage Sales Team, license agreements and pricing including ROI analysis and business impact• Manage Business Development to extend product and build new sales channels through partnerships• Developed the Implementation, Support and Account Management functions and manage the Customer Success Team to ensure continued improvements in project management, workflow analysis, technical support, monitoring product adoption and reporting quarterly results for customers• Manage programs that support value proposition including customer satisfaction, adoption & outcomes• Drive best practices for the Sales, Product and Customer Success teams and ensure continued compliance
