The role I had there was to help the church that was destabilized in attendance, finances, staff changes, and declining ministry. There was some limited success but a total transformation was inevitable in order for new church ministry to take place.

I helped a struggling church plant of mostly Gen X'ers to move confidently to call a permanent Pastor and develop a healthy ministry.

I helped administrate a large multi staffed church transition from a critical historical moment into a promising future.

My role as the Director of Stewardship was to help the Central Conference to increase financial knowledge and resources for individuals, churches, and the Conference. I taught personal money management as well as introductory estate planning to help all concerned move toward their financial goals and objectives.

I helped the church achieve their goal to grow as a church. We moved from a single service to a multi service church. We expanded our community outreach. We increased our influence in children' ministry. We partnered with and hosted Women's Bible Study Fellowship. We increased our financial resources to historic highs. We added Staff. The church set.

I helped people grow deeper in faith in God. In addition I helped people develop stronger interpersonal relationships with family and friends.

This was the first church and parish ministry experience. It was a time of discovering congregation dynamics, church growth principles, and pastoral leadership. During my tenure the congregation planted three new churches. Two of these have grown into ministries with regional ministry influence.

I held the position of Contractor Sales Manager. The Department had sales of over two million dollars in annual sales. There were four sales staff and two support staff people to oversee. In addition I serviced the larger house accounts.

This was a wonderful experience of impacting Junior and Senior High School lives. During my tenure I lead two high school ministries and planted a third. We also engaged two Junior High School ministries. This season was the time when I began learning skills in leading volunteers, fund raising principles, and family counseling skills. I will always be.
