Managed all aspects of production of displays and exhibit booths including project implementation, design and layout development, specifications requirements engineering, production and construction drawings, materials selection, sourcing and acquisition, cost control management, and production through final client inspection, packing and crating, shipment scheduling, and oversight of on-site installations and post-show dismantling.Responsible for project management of several multimillion-dollar jobs that spanned a year or more.
