Hello everyone! I'm Rick and I'm a nonprofit executive with 20+ years of demonstrated success creating multiple valuable initiatives from the ground up. My passion is helping other people do their jobs better. As an MBTI INTJ, I'm obsessed with analyzing complex systems and processes and figuring out how anything can be structured or executed more efficiently. While I'm a strategic planning and project management geek, it's the end result of helping people be more successful that keeps my brain humming nonstop. I've been fortunate to find a career home at the intersection of real estate and technology, two incredibly complex industries so critical to our everyday lives.
