Thankfully my career has brought me to Lowe's in 2023.With my sports background, I always believe in TEAM. With that team concept, you should always "Play as One." Everyone on that organizational team contributes to the bottom line. No one individual can do it alone. Remember how far a simple: "Thank you" goesI have a non-stop motor that will always believe hard work pays off: "Work Hard - Play Harder!" Another saying of mind is I hate it when people are asked to "Think outside the Box." WHO WANTS TO LIVE IN A BOX? Everyone I coach, mentor or lead - I want them living outside the box. Never be afraid to make a mistake - just means you are trying! Just do not make the same one twice - means you aren't listening :).At the end of the day, always reward yourself for that hard work. Never forget what you are doing it all for or you'll look around and you won't have anyone to celebrate the success with.
