My role is to serve as the primary liaison between Olsson and our colleagues at the City of Lincoln, Nebraska and to facilitate relationships between our two organizations. I assist in that same capacity with the Nebraska Department of Roads. My role also includes working with the Public Infrastructure Teams in Nebraska, Iowa, and other Regions to help define and implement strategy for large project pursuits, and to mentor and coach staff in developing skills to lead teams, to pursue, win and manage projects. I also assist with recruitment of key staff, and teambuilding.
