In 24 Months, the portfolio returned $2.3M in profits & 19.9% IRR/1.48x to investors.• Individually managed/closed 49 individual REO/Loan investments within 3 MREC Portfolios located in South Carolina and Georgia. Portfolios returned $8.8M in Profits on $52.5M of peak capital.• Assisted in underwriting the potential acquisition of 20+ Bank REO Portfolios.
