I began my career 20 years ago as a Loan Officer, and quickly fell in love with the mortgage business. After 2½ years, I was given the opportunity to transition into leadership. From there, it didn’t take long for me to discover that I also had a love and passion for investing in others. Since then, I have led teams– at all levels in sales and operations– for one of the top retail lenders in the nation.I joined Cherry Creek Mortgage (a division of Guild Mortgage) as Chief Revenue Officer in 2022. Their dedication to the principles of servant leadership inspired me deeply, as it aligned so well with my own values. As a dedicated coach and leader, I’m excited by the work of strengthening the personal and professional growth of all the associates at Guild Mortgage.I am fortunate to have been married to my beautiful wife of 28 years. Together, we have three wonderful children.I believe that we are our values. I got into this industry to serve others. To me, that means giving back to people and enriching the lives of the people I serve, employees and clients alike.
