With over 22 years of experience in higher education leadership, I have developed a passion for empowering people and organizations to achieve their full potential. As the Associate Provost for Graduate Enrollment & Support at Lipscomb University, I oversee the strategic planning, marketing, and operations of all graduate program enrollment, focusing on enhancing the quality, offerings, and retention of the student body.I also serve as an Assistant Professor and Program Director for the MA in Organizational Leadership in the College of Leadership and Public Service, and teach courses in management, marketing, and decision-making, both on-campus and online. I have a Doctor of Business Administration degree from George Fox University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Lipscomb University, as well as multiple certifications in accounting, excel, and strategic planning. I have contributed to publications on the price-quality relationship and its role in Christian higher education. I firmly believe in the value of faith-based education and its impact on society.
