Served as Senior Project Manager and led an integrated project team in the permitting, design and construction of a new $75 million dollar 27-mile combined overhead and underground 115kv transmission line and multiple substation project. This highly complex project had considerable challenges including cultural resources, sensitive landowners and delicate regulatory process. Instrumental in developing a large electric transmission Program Management Office; played key role in the development of costing, scheduling, performance metrics and project plans. The office matured to a level of managing projects totaling over ~ $400 millionServed as company project management and construction subject matter expect during ~120 customer easement acquisition process. This challenging role required me to use my strong interpersonal skills and tenacity to successfully work through many challenging customer, legal and political interactions. As Senior Project Manager, project success was dependent on my ability to successfully bring together a large and diverse group of team members from multiple organizations.
