As BIM Manager, I am responsible for updating and maintaining the company's project template and developing custom tools for Revit design software to maximize productivity during the design process. I'm also responsible for providing ongoing training and support to a production team of 12 employees. Additional duties include attending BIM kickoff meetings, managing software licenses, implementing BIM standards, and researching new BIM software solutions.
