Making sure they are produced efficiently and within a safe environment for our employees.

Supply Chain Manager for Charcon Construction Solutions, part of the Concrete Products Division for Aggregate Industries. Managing a logistics and planning team whilst being responsible for procurement. Objective of the Supply Chain team is to ensure our 180,000 tonnes/ year of precast flooring, stairs and safety barriers are produced efficiently, our resource is used effectively and that the product reaches our customers on time.

Responsible for £30 million worth of spend on facilities management and services for British Steel.

Responsible for analysing the order book for Tata Steel, Long Products Division. objective was to ensure we utilised the 2.4 million tonnes of liquid steel across our 6 product groups. Key part of the S&OP team with reports and forecasts directly informing and influencing commercial and production directors.
