I come with many years of International experience of managing technical facilities for the high revenue industries delivering a high quality and reliable product. I architect complex technical solutions and is an experienced project manager, building and supporting major technical facilities working closely with the business and stakeholders.In 2018-19 I was technical lead on a major project relocating 25 TV-channels from 3 sites into a new production and playout facility securing my employer major cost savings and new revenue streams.My key strengths lie in developing commercial strategies and solutions and tools for anchoring them in the organization by focusing on behaviours and habits for sustained change. I operate successfully at all levels of a project’s life cycle - from early ideas and strategic planning to the project delivery and implementation. I work well in teams and engage professionally with users, customers and stakeholders from all levels. With objectives, determination and thorough, structured and a systematic approach I work to reach simple solutions to solve often complex goals.
