Project Coordinator for all clinics. Responsibilities include overall hardware and software specification for all clinics and remote sites.

Support and maintain Windows 7 OS and desktop/web based applications systems. Hardware includes DELL E6400 series and DELL Desktops Optiplex 755, 760 and 790 series, printers and pletters. Software includes: many web based applications (i.e, Oracle, ODBC, Microsoft Office Products 2010, 2013)

Responsible for all systems/migrations/conversions for all Alabama locations which include Mobile, Birmingham and Montgomery. Tasks include: inventory, imaging, joining domain, running scripts on each machine that are specific to each location and shipping these machine to those locations. Once all machines have arrived at each location I will then travel to the sites and install and setup the systems. Also responsible to tranferrring data from existing machine to the new systems.

3 week position with Shell Oil in New Orleans. These 3 weeks consisted of 1 week pre-migration,1 week migration, 1 week post migration. I migrated 30 users from Window' s 2000 to Vista/Office 2007,including training as a part of the post migration.

Performing PC Refresh at Northrop Grumman located in Avondale.

I worked with SmartSource Consultants/Lennox Corp located Harahan LA to migrate 2 DELL laptops. Planned to migrate more later this month. I am scheduled to migrate desktop systems in Mandeville LA for Stein Mart for ePlus Technology Consultants. Schedule to migrate 2 more Stein Mart systems January 5. Migrated 2 systems for Loomis.

Provide system support for First Bank & Trust in New Orleans. Also, imaged systems and utlized troulbleticketing system (Track-It) to assist users with application issues.

Employed from AT&T Advertising & Solutions as Desktop Support Analyst. AMDOCS develops and writes all systems and selling application programs for Yellow Pages sales force. I was initially hired as a part of their PC Lease/Refresh Project. In September '09 I became part of the Reduction In force Project. Since then I have been working contract positions. I have worked for First Bank & South, Iron Mountain and now as a technician for the PC Refresh Project in Avondale. My job search for a permanent position continues.

Systems Administrator with "the Berry Company" in 1996 which became Bellsouth Yellow Pages. Bellsouth merged with AT&T Advertising & Solutions in 2007 becoming AT&T Yellow Pages, now AT&T Advertising & Solutions.

Provide support of all laptops and desktops related to a sales force and sales support group of over 110 users. Systems O/S include: Window's XP Professional, Window's NT , Window's 2K O/S for HP, DELL, IBM and Compaq Laptops and Desktops. Provide LAN support using CISCO routers and switches.Utilize Tivoli remote desktop utility to provide support with all applications. Request print jobs and utilize a troubleshooting tool (DAZEL) which facilitates the maintaining and printing of all print jobs from our Atlanta office.Use Remedy System Application trouble ticketing system to open, track and resolve system and application issues. Also, maintain inventory with asset management group to track all items which include all Desktops, Laptops, LCD's, Printers, Servers and accessories.Through the use of a corporate expense account, periodic day trips were scheduled for on-site maintenance at 4 locations state wide. Provided 1st level applications and technical support to over 60 users which included connectivity over VPN after hours and weekend support.Ghost, Image and Maintain all Window's XP systems which include: HP 6930p, 6910p laptops, DC7900 Desktops, DELL 610 Laptops, DELL GX260SFF Desktops, IBM PL300 Desktops, IBM Thinkpad 380XD laptops, Compaq M700 laptops. Setup and configure all printers via IP HP/MFP 4000 series Printers, Xerox and Tektronics color in LAN of 50 printers. RICKIE SCHEPPEGRELL page 2; Provide support for all wireless devices. Devices include Sierra Air Cards for laptops and SecurID Cards for VPN access. Assist users with setting up profile, resets PIN #'s SecurID cards and activating Air Cards. Oversight and facilitation of the corporate office relocation to remote sites. Planned and communicated steps to insure all computer equipment and printers arrived in working condition. Responsible for disconnecting and reconnecting all of the equipment at the new location.

On-going support for 150 users. hardware includes Desktop, laptops and printers. Windows XP environment.

Cash Management group to support Direct Deposit of Payroll using the ADP application. Provide support to clients with installation of ADP packages and providing phone support troubleshooting payroll issues.Provide on-going support and phone support of accounting and inventory control package in a point-of-sale environment for 20 sites in a five state area. Troubleshoot all hardware and software problems. Developed and documented operating procedure manuals for all end-users. Developed macros for start-up and shutdown procedures. Analyze financial reporting systems and make recommendations in conjunction with accounting staff.
