Developed risk management and mitigation plans, ensured compliance with quality assurance standards, and maintained liaison with the PMO for monitoring critical servers.Provided functional expertise for day-to-day operations systems in both Tampa and Qatar. Provided Tier 3 trouble-shooting support.---- Overview ("Big Picture") ----Was the site subject matter expert (SME) for the Global Command and Control System, Joint (GCCS-J) at SOCCENT in Tampa and Coalition Forces Special Operations Command (CFSOCC) in Qatar.Designed and configured SOCCENT-specific implementation of GCCS-J, including concept of operations (CONOPS) and connections to external data sources.Tested and validated each hardware and software transition. Wrote technical documentation for SOCCENT-specific configuration of GCCS-J for users, system administrators, and SOCCENT leadership and communicated complex technical concepts to clients and various team members. Planned future strategies for system upgrades to support operational requirements.
