In 2004, we established Executive Forums in the Phoenix area providing advisory board services for business owners. We worked with top executives and their teams from over 100+ companies (cross-industries, from $1MM - $7B) headquartered in Arizona. In early 2010, we became the largest, most successful franchise Internationally in the system.Executive Forums was a facilitated peer advisory board service that helped CEOs, Presidents and Business Owners achieve their vision and objectives. We did this by leveraging best practices and tools from business thought leaders (e.g. Collins, Harnish, Lencioni, McFarland, Stack, Conley, etc.). All members completed a best practice two-page strategic plan which was shared with their peer group.
