I’m a 20-year veteran of Business Analysis. This allows me to expertly dig in and apply project management skills and a process improvement mentality to everything I do. I'm excited to put those skills to good use at American Equity.I love improving processes to increase productivity and performance while managing costs to allow more focus on preparing for the future by simplifying processes. Combined 7 years between GE CAPITAL and BMO FINANCIAL GROUP• I live by the philosophy “What was used 2 years ago was good, but not good enough for today and what is used today is good, but it won’t be good enough in 2 years. After being with the company 1 1/2 years was asked to shift to software system development and work with SMEs to document as-is and develop the to-be processes, writing Use Cases and test labs. Used that experience to then lead the development of a workflow tool. I was part of creating the initial department reporting and metrics and worked to continually improve the methods used to speed up processing and provide more robust availability.
