Helping Alliander IT in becoming a more efficient and effective internal IT department and setting the utility sector standard. By implementing ITILv3 based processes , developing is't internal staff, using the Cobit control framework, managing it's operational security management and improving the internal control.

Contributing to the biggest challenge in the Dutch Energy industry by professionalizing the IT support organization for the grid activities of the Dutch leading Utilities Company Alliander. Leading a team of experts in Resource-, Security-, Service-, Proces-, Financial- and Quality Management. Based on industries standards like ITILv3, ISO and Skill frameworks.

Responsible for the development and implementation of Process en Quality Management within Nuon IT. Operational responsible for the execution of the Enterprise Portfolio-, Quality- en het Change Management Proces. Process & Control is a support team directly responsible to the CIO of Nuon IT. The mail goal is the implement efficient IT processes, based on the ITILv3 proces framework and the Cobit control framework. Managing a team of 8 employees.

Responsible for several Corporate projects:SAP R/3 Procurement & LogisticsResponsible for the design and implementation of SAP R/3 within the newly formed organization Nuon Inkoop & Logistiek. The implementation of CRM software (Siebel) for the B2B-markt within Nuon. Responsible for the software selection and system implementation for our B2B service units ET&W and DynamicomThe implementation of value management within Nuon. I was responsible for the distribution of approx. €80 mio/year on gas and electric components to the employees of Nuon and the reduction of our storage from €100 mio to €30 mio With a team of 35 FTE.

I was responsible for the distribution of approx. €30 mio/year on gas and electric components to the employees of ENW and the reduction of our storage from €60 mio to €20 mio With a team of 25 FTE.

My responsibilities include managing a team of Electrical engineers and a team of Sales Administration and transforming these teams to customer centric units. The program I've run was called "From respected installation inspector to trusted advisor".Employees 18 FTE Budget 2 mio

Managing the Installation and testing of procesautomation on Esso oil distribution plants within the Benelux.
