I started my commercial real estate career with Century 21 Commercial. I was privy to be working with a whole bunch of veteran business brokers from Northern California. I was associated with C21 for nearly two years before I decided to be part of a smaller yet fast paced organization called Elite Commercial.

This was an exciting new career that I adapted to very well. The BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry was just taking off between between the United States & India. I managed a team of member that called customers in the United States. My responsibility was to meet targets, keep employees motivated and provide excellent customer service to irate customers.

This was the launch of my exciting and dynamic career in client servicing and relationship building.My stint at Federal Express has been highly rewarding in terms of the knowledge I gained about customer servicing and the dynamics of a service industry.

I started my real working career in the exciting world of tea. Williamson Magor is the world's largest tea producing company and owns some of the best tea estates known for the high quality of tea.I trained to become a tea taster and was also in-charge of the marketing department & assisted in the overseas shipping department.The tea industry, being my first love, this job was an wonderful experience.But the slow moving industry and the lack of dynamic challenges got the better of me and I moved on to more challenging ventures
