Senior Analyst’s role is to design and document work flow, manage and provide solutions to new business unit ideas and devise and design business process requirements for Integrated Coding Module (ICM). This includes researching and analyzing data in support of business functions, process knowledge, and systems requirements. In addition, the Senior Analyst assists in integration and acceptance testing and supports the development of training and implementation material as well as participating in the implementation and providing post-implementation support. The Senior Analyst understands the customer’s business requirements and business process management, and then translates them to particular software requirements. Primary duties include but not limited to: Evaluate operations to optimize revenue, identify areas of risk, and recommend customer focused solutions that increase automation, decrease expenses, and improve workflow processesLead and guide organization through implementation of software.Create and execute test plans to ensure integrity and quality of new data applications and enhancements to existing applicationsAbility to think outside the box to devise creative solutions such as alternative uses of standard system offeringsDocument and analyze the required information and dataDevelop functional specifications and system design specifications.Serve as liaison with various business groups in the organization to facilitate implementation of new or improved business processesSuggest areas of improvement in internal processes along with possible solutionsPerform as a project leader on projects from definition to implementation ensuring completion is on scheduleDevelop and prepares documents for the general design of solutions that meet system and security requirements, including the selection of alternative approachesWork with client personnel to identify required changes and communicates needed changes to development team.

Senior Systems Analyst formulates and defines the system scope and objectives based on customer needs. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Analyzes and revises existing system logic problems and documentation as necessary. Tests, debugs, documents and in-services system modifications and upgrades. Has full technical knowledge of all phases of application systems analysis. Responsible for client communication and satisfaction. Responsible for leading team through phases of implementation, Scope, Design, Build, Test and Go Live. Provides ongoing technical and troubleshooting support for clients. Responsible for quality assurance review. Acts as project leader for designated projects as assigned. May work on multiple software applications and/or support multiple institutions. Performs other duties as assigned.Position serves as subject matter expert to internal and external customers in functional, operational and technical use of GE Centricity Business. Analyst works incoming daily help desk tickets in regards to Centricity Business, act as intermediary between vendor and CBO in determining software solutions to support business needs. Applications supported but not limited to: BAR, SCHED, TES, ETM (KAV Model), EDI, Interfaces.

Served as an expert resource in the functional and/or operational utilization of GE Centricity Business software products (formerly known as IDX Flowcast) related to revenue cycle processes in the hospital and physician practice environment. Area’s of expertise included Billing and Accounts Receivable’s, focusing on the life cycle of an Invoice/Account Focusing on integration as to what components are needed and captured at Patient Access to ensure seamless billing for claims production and or patient statement.
