Service Engineer with a decade's experience in the oil, gas, and petrochemical sector.I serve as a liaison for customer companies including Atlantic LNG, BP, MethaneX, Proman, Schlumberger, Shell, Woodside Energy (BHP) etc, ensuring the fulfillment of warranty assessments, training on products / refreshers, technical support, and service contractual obligations. My role involves planning, scheduling, and executing job scopes through service contracts and installation/commissioning projects, including site acceptance testing. The primary equipment I handle specializes in gas analysis, sand detection, and produced water analysis. Additionally, I conduct calibrations on various instruments such as pressure gauges, relief valves, pressure chart recorders, digital thermometers, and thickness gauges to name a few.Collaborating with foreign suppliers and OEM customer support, I address any issues that cannot be resolved locally by my team, ensuring seamless service delivery for our customers.
