I am a forty-two year veteran of the automotive service industry, the last thirty-two years with the leading automotive manufacturer in the world, Toyota.I began my career as a Service Technician before joining Toyota as a Product Quality Engineer. I am currently a leader in the development and management of automotive service technician career entry training programs. These programs are designed to support the workforce needs of 1500 Toyota and Lexus new car dealers who require over 1200 new technicians each year. I lead a team to implement Workforce Initiatives to support the building of Toyota and Lexus Dealership service operations. I am responsible for preparing dealership employees and leaders for success with appropriate training.
