Rick’s career spans 40+ years in HVAC and related businesses. He possesses technical acumen as well as Sales and Operations Leadership; Strategic Planning; Business Development; Project Management; Budget Development & Oversight; and Contract Negotiation. In the mid-1990s, Rick fostered his entrepreneurial talent when he established City Wide Commercial A/C & Appliance Service. The success of the business caught the attention of The Continental Group, who at that time was an established leader in the Florida residential property management market with a client portfolio of more than 1,600 associations and 400,000 residential units. Later, acquired by the largest residential property manager in North America, FirstResidential, City Wide was then merged with Service America to create a multi-million-dollar Commercial Service Division.Rick is a pioneer in the industry and is responsible for innovative applications that are required in all Hi-Rise new builds in South Florida. His vast experience in multiple construction & HVAC disciplines makes him a strong expert witness in litigation, arbitration and mediation cases. In additional to Executive Management duties, Rick is on the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board for the City of Hallandale and Chairs the Golden Isles Safe Neighborhood District. He is also an Instrument Rated Private Pilot, a Real Estate Investor and an Entrepreneur at heart.
