The role is also responsible for the management and coordination of all traffic management activities and requirements associated with the works in co-ordination with the Design Joint Venture and Department of Transport & Main Roads Qld delivery and operations teams.

Design fully customised Business Management Systems to obtain Quality, Safety & Environmental accreditations.Develop bespoke Strategic, Sales and Operational Plans and project manage/mentor key personnel. Development of tender responses and the creation of pricing models to reflect tender requirements.
