Everware International was founded in 2010 by Henry Liu, the owner of one of the largest kitchenware manufacturers in China, Henry Foodservice. Henry immigrated to America and created a variety of brands which operate under Everware International. These brands include Cangshan Cutlery Company, an award winning, design forward cutlery manufacturer, New Star Foodservice, which serves as the American distributor of Henry Foodservice and Colorbasket, which manufactures handwoven, plastic baskets. In 2022 Everware International relocated from Southern California to Georgetown, Texas to begin our journey manufacturing product in the USA. In 2023, Austin Cutlery & Tool was formed as the manufacturing entity for Everware and our family of brands.

Processes include CNC machining, fabrication, and electro-mechanical assembly and manufacturing for hazardous area applications. Primary products manufactured are used in data acquisition, control systems and instrumentation, valve assemblies, pressure and tension measurement, and directional measuring technologies.
