Coordinated and integrated the operational planning efforts of several dozen subject-matter experts.• Designed the Olympic and Paralympic Games marketing plan and negotiated the terms of the marketing joint venture with the United States Olympic Committee (USOC).• Integrated and established complex and innovative Games delivery risk mitigation strategies, including multiple product mix solutions, financial contingencies, guarantees and insurance programs, thus providing a financial safety net of several billion dollars. • Led highly detailed review sessions on structuring the Olympic Games business model for the Chicago City Council, its independent review agency, the Chicago Civic Federation and L.E.K.
