Rick Mallars co-founded Upper One Studios Inc. In 2007. As President and CEO of this multi-talented marketing and content creation company, Rick employs 15 marketing and content creation experts that assist with marketing of small to mid-size businesses across the spectrum.

Supervised offenders through court ordered probationary periods.Managed offender caseload through careful supervision, including, monitoring offenders through rehabilitation, securing job placements, and completion of court ordered treatment programs.
