Atomic Form evolved into a provenance software platform, making it trivial for artists, collectors, and curators to attach offline context, history, and stories to onchain identifiers (e.g. NFTs and web3 wallets). Our goal is to both protect and enhance the value of these digital native assets. Use cases of this data vary from verification to appraisals to AI training data.

Atomic Form is building full-stack hardware and software solutions for NFTs. Our Wave and Photons hardware displays have won awards at CES and are used for Christie's and Sotheby's auction houses. On the software side, we are focusing on building multi-chain, multi-wallet NFT solutions to enable developers to build dapps. My involvement as a CXO spans product, tech, hiring, and operations in our early stage startup.

Responsible for growing two funded ($4.5MM) start-ups (1FEE and DRUD Holdings, LLC) alongside and integrated with newmedia. Shared responsibility with the CEO and CTO in building out 5 new departments: sales, HR, accounting, product, and IT operations. Responsible for evaluating, improving, and/or creating internal and external processes, including (but not limited to) recruiting, onboarding, training, lead generation, customer support, sales life cycles, project management, business analysis, continuous integration systems, development workflow, etc. Our target objective was to grow all three companies from 30 to 300 in 3 years in order to become both a dominant digital agency and successful technology company. At its peak, 60 employees were managing over 300 active accounts ranging in value from $2K to $2MM. Ultimately, DRUD Tech was spun out as a separate entity while 1FEE merged with newmedia.

Responsible for evaluating, improving, and managing internal and external processes. This spanned HR, business development, project management, recruiting, infrastructure, software-development life cycles, virtualization strategies, resource forecasting, training, and more. Additionally retained some of the responsibilities of the previous role as Technical Project Architect.

Responsible for stakeholder interviews to ascertain the underlying business needs and specific requirements; working with the development team for creating architectural recommendations; working with project management to provide appropriate time and timeline estimates. Managed multiple projects simultaneously ranging in size from brochure websites to enterprise web applications with complex 3rd party integrations.

Designed, built, and managed a membership based Drupal website. Managed live streaming webcasts with over 10,000 simultaneous viewers and flash traffic patterns. Responsible for security at the infrastructure and Drupal application level to achieve and maintain PCI compliance. Involved in marketing strategies that ultimately increased membership base to 10,000 and newsletter base to 150,000. Performed custom module development, theming, and site building.

Performed a re-platform of a proprietary CMS to Drupal 6. Co-created custom OVP backend to ingest, transcode, and upload media into CDNs and create Drupal nodes. Managed live streaming webcasts with up to 10,000 simultaneous viewers. Custom module development for integration with third party software, daily report generation, and Ajax tools. eCommerce setup for recurring billing and membership-based content access.
