CurrentCurrent and past responsibilities include budgeting, personal and business development in a multimodality division of the radiology department including CT, General Radiology and Medical Laser. Responsibilities also include evaluating staff performance, and managing the overall function and success of the diagnostic imaging team while managing the Laser Safety Program two hospitals and 2 outpatient surgery centers. Establishes and enforces policies, procedures, standards and objectives. Directs and supervises staff as well as workflow. When staffing challenges arise, perform all advanced and general exams including OR/C-Arm as needed to help maintain workflow.Active Committee Participant:-Stroke Committee-Trauma Committee-Falls Prevention Committee-Radiation Safety Committee Super User:-Electronic Medical Records, JCL Connect, Radiant-PACs, SynapseJob SummaryBased at a high-volume level-1 Trauma Center, supervises technical and support staff within all departments of imaging including Central Transport Services for entire medical facility. Oversees department supervisors in the daily operation of all imagining and diagnostic modalities as well as other support departments. Performs data entry operations using appropriate hospital software. Available to provide coverage over three campuses.
