As Executive Director, I supported our Friends in their efforts to mentor and achieve positive outcomes for youth facing a number of systemic obstacles. My responsibilities were Managerial, Operational and Administrative, and I spent significant time focused on Development and Strategic Planning with an eye toward building our Brand and expanding our Services. During my tenure we increased by 15% the number of youth we serve, we added an additional Title 1 School partnership, and we secured numerous first time funding sources including Community Foundation Tampa Bay, the Pinellas Community Foundation, a state appropriation through DCF and a grant from MacKenzie Scott.

I addressed the contemporary challenges facing companies that accept non-cash payments:- Evaluating payments environments for possible delivery of products and services to minimize PCI Scope and maximize Data Security.- Crafting strategies and monitoring transactions to minimize the significant portion of card acceptance costs that are paid to Issuers as interchange.- Utilizing payment data and social network activity to bring meaningful, measurable, comparitive insight to revenues and reputation.

I oversaw Vantiv's Sales Team assembled to target this specific Vertical Market. Starting from scratch, we began an outreach to create and manage relationships with various technology and business partners -- POS Companies, Oil Jobbers, Manufacturers Reps, Petroleum Equipment Installers -- in order to provide education, gain credibility and earn new business. We signed several "early adopters" representing close to a hundred locations and built a pipeline of dozens of partners, representing hundreds of potential merchant locations.

I performed Business Development work in the Payment Processing space, offering services related to credit/debit card acceptance, EBT, gift cards, electronic check, data security, etc. I prospected and called on Large Retailers, Supermarkets, C-Stores and Colleges/Universities. Building a pipeline from ground zero, I moved dozens of organizations from the "suspect" to "prospect" category and closed well over a million dollars in new annual revenues.

I filled a variety of roles on National Sales, National Grocery Sales and Electronic Check Sales:- Prospected, Sold into National Retail and CNP Markets- Initiated Grocery Sales Vertical- Introduced Electronic Check Solutions

I contemplated a business start-up and took on engagements with Payment Industry contacts/companies prior to taking a new full-time roll with Elavon.
