I was Payroll Lead for two successful SAP ERP implementations and two SAP/KRONOS/UKG Interface implementations. I am a SAP Payroll and HR SME with extensive technical and functional knowledge in SAP PY, HR, FI, CO and Fixed Asset Modules. I manage a complete in-house, on-premise, payroll process. I make SAP ECC 604 configuration changes, educate and train functional end users, and manage and conduct all necessary system testing for SAP support packages and BSI Tax System updates. I also have experience with ADP payroll processing. I am an aggressive, self motivated individual who possesses strong computer, technical, financial, analytical, and organizational skills. I am known for initiative, commitment and team building with a hands-on approach.Specialties: Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) with over 20 yrs. of extensive payroll experience managing payroll for non bargaining and bargaining units. SME on SAP PY/HR/and FI functionality.Payroll Accounts Payable Director responsible for an annual 4.8M of payroll related disbursements.Manage a staff of 3 payroll department employees and 1 fixed asset accountant.Reconcile all payroll postings and journal entries to general ledger accounts.Review and ensure all Federal, State, and Local tax deposits and filings are made accurately and timely.Manage all garnishment processing including: child support, tax levies, bankruptcies, and student loans.Manage and responsible for year-end close processes including: W2/W3, wage filings and reconciliations for the SSA, Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, New Jersey and all local taxing authorities.SAP HR/PY, FI, and Asset Team Leader directly responsible for implementing and maintaining SAP ECC 6.04 ERP system.HR/PY lead for ECC 6.04 upgrade.HR/PY lead for Kronos Workforce Central and Time Keeping System implementation.Work directly with County IT Department, SAP Basis Administrator, and SAP consultants in maintaining, testing and configuring Payroll/HR, Asset, FI and BSI (third party taxing software) Systems.
