ZDNet was one of the first digital marketing websites available in Australia. We provided digital advertising and marketing opportunities for Australian companies in an emerging market of digital marketing. Sales Responsibilities and AchievementsResponsible for all sales strategies, development of sales tools, lead generation and management of all account manager and sales reporting and forecasting. I am also responsible for the planning and development of new content areas based on their sales and revenue potential. Revenue is generated primarily from advertising and sponsorship.In this role I built the monthly revenue form approximately $10,000 to approximately $100,000. Employed and managed a team of 6 Account Managers and Sales Support Staff.Marketing Responsibilities and AchievementsResponsible for the planning, development and implementation of marketing and brand management for ZDNet Australia. This included the analysis of marketing opportunities and designing of marketing material. My responsibilities included digital and non-digital marketing opportunities.Other Responsibilities and AchievementsAs one of the Senior Managers I was also responsible for strategic planning, staff management and general management of ZDNet Australia.I was also responsible for the planning and implementation of new content areas.

In this role I was responsible for the sales and marketing for the Internet research, digital marketing and consulting services. This primarily involved lead generation and completing the sales process.

At the forefront of digital marketing, media and technology. My main responsibilities include the development, research and analysis of business to business Digital Marketing, IT and Telecommunication conferences, with a focus on emerging Digital and Internet technologies. I was also responsible for the branding, marketing and management for Industry events. This included the creative copy writing of all marketing, sales and advertising brochures; project lead of the conference team; budgeting and administration for all events.In this role I successfully developed conferences involving 18 to 70 speakers from Australia and overseas attracting over 150 delegates. These events have contributed over $2 000 000 revenue.I was also responsible for the development, structure and focus of Cards Australia conferences, exhibition, training and publications strategy. This AiC premier brand which contributed over $200 000 revenue per annum.
