Designed and implemented the creation of a new 1,500 square foot data center to include all network hardware, telecommunication circuits, cabling and power. Analyzes and evaluates network hardware and performance in support of over five million customer transactions per month. Performs simi-annual review of all router ACLs, PIX rules. Provide 2nd level support and technical advice to Network Operations group. Maintain service contract on all network equipment. Key member in the design of asset management within the Remedy Action Request System.

Previous responsibilities have encompassed Wide Area Networks and Supervisory positions. Lead network engineer for Pope AFB backbone in support of over two thousand customers. Node Site Coordinator for the N.E.T. Legacy IDNX-90 network, troubleshoots and accomplishes performance monitoring of T1 backbone and DS0 circuit installations to customer location. Responsible for personnel, scheduling, and training. Resolve system and circuits outages, coordinate scheduled and unscheduled outages, perform test analysis and quality control checks. Maintain network multiplex equipment utilizing Frequency Division Multiplexing, Time Division Multiplexing equipment. Test equipment experience on DS0 through DS3 transmission speeds on analog and digital circuits using Bite Error Rate Testers (BERT), digital data scopes and analyzers and pattern generators
