Purchased units, secured vendors to install and filed for government rebates after project approval and completion. Took point on project to reclaim 13000 square feet of warehouse space not being utilized due to having a floor 6ft lower than the rest of the space. Original project was to fill the space with concrete at a cost of $250,000+. Developed the idea to build a steel scaffolding with a 2ft deep tray on top to pour two feet of concrete and level off the floor. Total project cost: $90,000. Savings of $160,000.

Established an import team developing relationships with global freight forwarding companies and express overseas couriers; negotiated best possible rates/service and coordinate all container movements both LCL and FCL.
